What is your Covid-19 policy?

Nailtan is commited to providing you with a safe treatment environemnt, protecting you and your family. PPE will be worn by Gabi during your appointment, this includes, but is not limited to a face mask, face visor, apron and gloves. All equipment is throughly cleaned in between appointments and indiviual sets of tools are used for each appointment. You will be required to complete a Covid-19 screening questionaire 24 hours prior to your appointment which will be sent in your email appointment reminder and via SMS. This questionaire must be completed prior to your appointment. Nailtan requests that all members of your household respect social distancing while your appointment is taking place. Where does Nailtan travel too?

Nailtan travels from Caterham, Surrey upto 8 miles. Travel outside of the 8 mile radius is chargeable and subject to availability. Areas covered but not limited to include, Caterham, Whyteleafe, Warlingham, Kenley, Purley, Nutfield, Banstead, Coulsdon, Chaldon, Redhill, Reigate, Limpsfield, Lingfield, Chipstead. What are your opening times?

Nailtan is open Tuesday - Saturday throughout the year and 7 days a week during the festive season! Appointments are available from 11am - 8pm with earlier and late evening available on request. What services can I book?

You can book Manicure, pedicures spray tan and brow services for your in-home, Nailtan pamper. CND™ Shellac™ Manicure & Pedicure CND™ Vinyluux™ Nail polish Manicure & Pedicure Footlogix® Pedicures Sienna X Spray Tans Sienna X Brow Wow - Tint, wax & shape
What brands do you use?

All services are carried out using professional products to provide you with the best possible service, giving you consistent results. Nailtan brands of choice are; CND™ Sienna X Footlogix® Light Elegance Gabi has trained with all three product houses and is a qualified beauty therapist.
Do you offer enchanements acrylic nail services?

Nailtan currently provides natural nail services and doesn't offer any acrylic nail services. Services include CND™ Shellac gel manicures and clear gel overlay manicure using Light Elegance Jimmy Gel. Alternatively, you can shop press on nails for an at home mani in monutes!
What do you bring with you?

Everything except chairs! Gabi will arrive with her folding table, stool for pedicures, extension lead, foot spa, spray tan tent & towels. All you need to provide for your appointment is 2 chairs, (if having a manicure) and access to a plug point.
How do I book an appointment?

You can book 24 hours a day on the website using the online booking function. Can I pay by card at my appointment?

Yes! Payments can be made card using the Square reader card machine, saving you a trip to the cash point. Cash payments are also accepted.
Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes! These can be ordered online and emailed directly to the recipient, or you can send them to yourself if you would like to print off and put into a card. Gift vouchers have no expiry and can make the perfect last minute gift! You can choose your value and these can be used for full or part payment of treatments and press on nails.
Do you do group bookings?

Yes! Small group bookings can be made by getting in touch with Gabi. Express services are perfect for group bookings, giving you all a pamper and leaving with enough time to carry on the party once I leave!
